</div></div></div></div></div><div><div><div><div><ul><li>Be a &ldquo;360 degree&rdquo; point-of-contact liaison between client and internal teams&mdash;understanding and balancing clients&rsquo; needs and requests against internal risk controls, policies and operational requirements.</li>
<li>Provide professional service and solutions to our customers.</li>
<li>Receive, process, and submit client funding requests, as a &lsquo;first-line loan officer&rsquo; to the Operations Team.</li>
<li>Update client on a daily basis regarding all account-related information and developments.</li>
<li>Perform on-going client account cultivation and development to increase revenue potential.</li>
<li>Maintain high-degree of client satisfaction and high-rate of client contract renewals.</li>
<li>Develop referrals and leads from client relationships.</li>
<li>Engage in high-level problem solving, and proactively introduce solutions to clients.</li>
<li>Become an expert on clients&rsquo; businesses and industries.</li>
<li>Demonstrate a calm, professional demeanor at all times in a sometime high-stress environment.</li>
<li>Organize regular visits to the clients and prepare visit reports to upper management.</li>
<li>Travel to company Headquarter in Germany when it is required.</li>
<li>4 days work from the office (located in Maslak /Istanbul) and/or client visit, 1 day work from home.</li>

<li>Strong understanding of trade finance services.</li>
<li>Technical experise on export factoring area including local and global regulations.</li>
<li>Teamwork mindset with a personal integrity attitude.</li>
<li>&ldquo; To do point&ldquo; approachs and strong problem solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to build and maintain client relationships.</li>
<li>Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Programs.</li>

<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in the trade finance /banking/ factoring industry.</li>
<li>Proven track record of client management and finance industry.</li>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Banking or a related field. MBA is a plus.</p>

Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., German) are a plus.</p>
