We&rsquo;re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help evolve and operate Owner&rsquo;s cloud and deployment platform as we continue to scale. This is a senior individual-contributor role with broad ownership across infrastructure, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and developer enablement.</div><div></div><div><br>
You&rsquo;ll work closely with product engineering teams to understand where friction lives today, then design systems that remove it tomorrow. This role sits at the intersection of reliability, security, and developer productivity, owning not just uptime, but the quality of the developer experience that produces it.</div></div>

Design, build, and operate the core infrastructure that powers Owner&rsquo;s engineering organization, with an emphasis on reliability, security, and ease of use.</li><li>
Own and evolve our Kubernetes-based platform on AWS, improving how services are deployed, scaled, monitored, and secured in production.</li><li>
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that are fast, reliable, and easy to reason about by reducing deploy risk while increasing developer confidence and velocity.</li><li>
Focus deeply on developer experience: identifying pain points in local development, testing, deployment, and observability, then replacing manual or error-prone workflows with self-service tooling and automation.</li><li>
Partner closely with application engineers to set clear patterns and golden paths for how services are built and run at Owner, balancing flexibility with strong, opinionated defaults.</li><li>
Strengthen our approach to operational excellence by improving monitoring, alerting, incident response, and post-incident learning.</li><li>
Help embed security into our infrastructure and delivery pipelines, ensuring best practices are automated and invisible.</li></ul></li></ul></div></div>
<div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>✅ What we&rsquo;re looking for</b></h3><ul><li><ul><li>
Deep experience operating production systems in the cloud, particularly on AWS, and comfort owning infrastructure that supports critical customer-facing workloads.</li><li>
Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code, ideally using Terraform, to define, version, and manage cloud infrastructure and platform resources in a repeatable, auditable way across environments.</li><li>
Worked extensively with Kubernetes in real-world environments, including deploying, operating, and troubleshooting services at scale.</li><li>
Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and understand how small workflow decisions can dramatically impact developer velocity and reliability.</li><li>
Empathize deeply with developers. You&rsquo;ve felt the pain of slow builds, brittle deploys, unclear ownership, and noisy alerts&mdash;and you&rsquo;re motivated to eliminate those problems through good system design.</li><li>
Think in terms of platforms and leverage: building tools and abstractions that make the right thing easy and the wrong thing hard, rather than relying on documentation alone.</li><li>
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership of loosely defined problems, shaping them into concrete systems, standards, and outcomes.</li><li>
Communicate clearly and pragmatically, especially when working across teams with different priorities and levels of infrastructure expertise.</li></ul></li></ul></div></div>

The estimated base salary range for this role is $190K - $220K (senior level) or $220-$240K (staff level) depending on experience and location. Additionally, our offer includes a generous pre-IPO equity package.</li><li>

Owner is hiring our first <b>Head of Legal</b> to build, scale, and lead the Legal function from the ground up. As our business accelerates - expanding product surfaces, navigating regulatory expectations, entering strategic partnerships, and shaping the future of restaurant technology - we need a legal leader who can operate with speed, clarity, and judgment.</div><div></div><div><br>
This is a foundational role. You will own our full legal stack: corporate, compliance, employment, IP, and litigation. You will drive our most sensitive initiatives as the accountable DRI, while also architecting the systems, processes, and norms that allow Legal to scale. You will be supported by excellent outside counsel across domains, but your superpower is knowing when to leverage firms versus when to move fast internally. Success in this role looks like being a proactive, strategic, and embedded legal partner who sees around corners and builds durable foundations.</div><div></div><div><br>

Build and scale Owner&rsquo;s Legal function as the company&rsquo;s first full-time legal hire, establishing the frameworks, tooling, and operating norms that enable rapid growth.</li><li>
Serve as strategic DRI on the company&rsquo;s most sensitive and high-impact matters, including litigation strategy, negotiations, regulatory posture, and complex commercial agreements.</li><li>
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to ensure new products, pricing models, integrations, and financial infrastructure are built with compliance and risk minimization in mind.</li><li>
Design scalable systems across contracting, compliance, employment, corporate governance, privacy, and IP, ensuring clarity, speed, and auditability.</li><li>
Lead Owner&rsquo;s litigation strategy end-to-end, including outside counsel engagement, negotiation posture, documentation, and executive communication.</li><li>
Proactively identify risk areas across the business and build policies, processes, and internal education to mitigate them before they become issues.</li><li>
Support strategic partnerships/transactions, board matters, fundraising, corporate governance, and investor communications.</li><li>
Establish the legal architecture needed for Owner&rsquo;s next phase of scale, creating the foundations for a function that can grow alongside the business.</li><li>

Manage and direct a network of top-tier outside counsel across corporate, regulatory, product, employment, and litigation.</li><li>
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO on sensitive legal negotiations and litigation matters, with an expectation of progressing conversations independently.</li></ul></li></ul></div></div>

8&ndash;10 years of legal experience, ideally with experience in both law firm and in-house environments.</li><li>

A builder mentality - excited to design legal systems, implement processes, and establish standards.</li><li>
A proactive operator with a strong bias to action, capable of serving as DRI for mission-critical company priorities.</li><li>
Exceptional judgment and the ability to see around corners, providing not just legal answers but strategic guidance aligned with Owner&rsquo;s long-term goals.</li><li>
Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where decisions must be made quickly and with incomplete information.</li><li>
Ability to partner closely with product and engineering teams, translating product risks into crisp decisions and enabling rapid innovation.</li><li>
