TPI has established a strong reputation for delivering high-quality training in IT and management skills to help thousands of learners achieve their career goals.Job Vacancy: Training Operations and Learner Documentation OfficerMain Duties:<ul><li>Maintain and update learner files</li><li>Ensure all learner documentation is complete and accurate</li><li>Track missing documents and follow up regularly</li><li>Prepare attendance and learner feed back reports</li><li>Coordinate with trainers regarding attendance, assessments, and learner progress</li><li>Support learner improvement analysis</li><li>Organize digital and physical course/batch files</li><li>Prepare documents for audit, inspection, Tamkeen, Ministry, or awarding body requirements</li><li>Support daily training operations</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years experience in administration, training operations, education, or documentation control</li><li>Good follow-up and communication skills</li><li>Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills/power BI</li><li>Ability to prepare reports</li><li>Good English communication</li><li>Experience in a training institute or education center is preferred</li></ul>Interested candidates may send their CV to: Email : administratortraining@gmail.comJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
