 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The SEO Expert will single-handedly lead all SEO initiatives for Brainberg and its platforms Traitfit &amp;
 
 
 Whizqiz. This role is critical in driving organic qualified traffic, improving search engine rankings, and enhancing online visibility. The candidate will independently manage keyword research, on- page and off-page SEO implementation &amp; optimization, technical SEO, and performance analysis to achieve business goals in a dynamic digital environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 not mandatory).
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of improving
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 organic rankings and traffic.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Tag Manager SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar) and familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g.,
 
 
 WordPress).
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Certifications: Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other SEO certifications are a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge: Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 SEO, plus basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Keyword Research &amp; Strategy
 
 : Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 opportunities and develop targeted SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 On-Page Optimization:
 
 Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images to ensure
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 alignment with SEO best practices and improve user experience.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Off-Page SEO: Build
 
 and manage link-building strategies, including outreach, guest posting, and
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 partnerships to enhance domain authority.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Technical SEO:
 
 Perform website audits to identify and fix technical issues such as broken links,
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 crawl errors, site speed, and mobile-friendliness.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Content Optimization:
 
 Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content,
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 including blog posts, articles, and landing pages.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Analytics &amp; Reporting:
 
 Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, screaming frog and
 
 
 provide actionable insights through regular reports.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Competitor Analysis:
 
 Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends, benchmark
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 performance, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Stay Updated:
 
 Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates (e.g., Google Core
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Updates), and best practices to ensure strategies remain effective. Candidates should be able to
 
 
 integrate AI into their day-to-day activities.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Collaboration:
 
 Work closely with marketing, content, and web development teams to align SEO
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 efforts with broader business goals.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Local SEO:
 
 Optimize for local search, including managing Google My Business profiles, local
 </li>
 </ul>
