Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with the ability to effectively manage teams, schedules, and budgets. This role requires a keen understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control measures to ensure that projects are completed on time and within specifications.Duties<ul><li>Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.</li><li>Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project scheduling and documentation.</li><li>Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to guide project execution.</li><li>Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.</li><li>Manage project budgets, including estimating costs using HeavyBid and tracking expenses.</li><li>Train and mentor team members in best practices for construction site management.</li><li>Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations to promote a safe working environment.</li><li>Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in construction management or a related field.</li><li>Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.</li><li>Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid.</li><li>Familiarity with budgeting processes and construction estimating techniques.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts accurately.</li><li>Knowledge of quality control standards within the construction industry.</li><li>Experience with project scheduling and pipeline management.</li><li>Understanding of OSHA regulations related to construction safety.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
