Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day salon operations and staff performance</li><li>Handle front desk operations, appointments, walk-ins, and client relations</li><li>Ensure high standards of customer service, hygiene, and SOP compliance</li><li>Manage salon products, inventory, vendors, and retail sales</li><li>Oversee billing, cash handling, reports, and administrative records</li><li>Drive sales through promotions, packages, and upselling</li><li>Maintain and enforce professional grooming and dress code standards</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Salon Manager / Assistant Salon Manager</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and customer-handling skills</li><li>Experience in front desk operations and salon management software</li><li>Good knowledge of salon products, inventory, and admin work</li><li>Well-groomed and professionally dressed at all times</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Certification or diploma in Beauty / Salon Management</li><li>Experience in premium or luxury salons</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
