We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2&ndash;5 years of experience who is passionate about modern design trends, branding, and digital storytelling. The ideal candidate should be skilled in both static and motion graphics, understand digital-first design, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design high-quality creatives for digital marketing, social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and print materials.</li><li>Create visually engaging branding assets including logos, banners, brochures, flyers, and corporate collaterals.</li><li>Develop creatives for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) aligned with current trends.</li><li>Work on UI visuals for websites and landing pages in coordination with developers and marketing teams.</li><li>Create basic motion graphics, reels, and short videos for digital platforms.</li><li>Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design outputs.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, HR, and product teams to understand design requirements.</li><li>Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.</li><li>Stay updated with latest design tools, trends, AI-based design solutions, and best practices.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).</li><li>Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro (for motion graphics &amp; videos).</li><li>Experience with Figma / Adobe XD for UI and digital design.</li><li>Familiarity with Canva Pro and template-based designs.</li><li>Understanding of AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL&middot;E) is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.</li><li>Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication and time-management skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Good to Have)<ul><li>Experience in US-based clients or international projects.</li><li>Knowledge of video editing, animations, and GIF creation.</li><li>Experience working with branding guidelines and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Portfolio showcasing digital, branding, and motion design work.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
