We are seeking a proactive, target-driven, and technically sound Sales Engineer to join our growing team . The ideal candidate should have a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and strong client relationship skills to promote and sell our FM and MEP related solutions.Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and target new business opportunities in the facility management and MEP industry.</li><li>Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through lead generation, networking, and market research.</li><li>Qualify leads, conduct site assessments, and prepare proposals tailored to the client&rsquo;s requirements.</li><li>Present facility management solutions, including maintenance and other services.</li><li>Close sales by negotiating contracts, ensuring terms align with company objectives.</li><li>Customer Relationship Management</li><li>Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for additional services.</li><li>Product and Service Knowledge</li><li>Effectively communicate the technical aspects and benefits of the company&rsquo;s services to non-technical clients.</li><li>Collaborate with technical and operations teams to customize service offerings that meet client needs.</li><li>Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.</li><li>Conduct detailed discussions to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective solutions.</li><li>Provide accurate quotations and timelines to clients while ensuring profitability and project feasibility.</li><li>Market Analysis and Reporting:</li><li>Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.</li><li>Report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.</li><li>Provide feedback on customer needs, concerns, and potential new service offerings to the company.</li><li>Project Coordination and Handover:</li><li>Assist in setting up contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with clients.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (Electrical Engineering/Facility Management/ Business Certification)</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.</li><li>Professional certifications in sales or facility management preferred (e.g., IFMA, BIFM, etc.).</li><li>Should hold a Valid Driving License (Mandatory)</li><li>Previous experience working in Sales and Business development in FM is must.</li><li>Experience in MEP/FM Industry/Home Maintenance/Home Improvement/Service Providing Industry</li><li>Able to provide technical solutions and allocation, budgetary forecasting, and benchmarking.</li><li>Exposure to a multicultural environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
