 Job Objective :-
 
 Responsible for efficient and scheduling of deliveries proper routing of trucks, and take telephone orders and other information related to delivery of products and monitoring and reporting of the fleet management system.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities/Duties :-

 Maintaining vehicles for deliveries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Registering and licensing all vehicles under their management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complying with country laws and regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take on the responsibility for efficient and scheduling of deliveries proper routing of trucks, and take telephone orders and other information related to delivery of products
 </li>
 <li>
 Updates and monitor driver&rsquo;s location
 </li>
 <li>
 Sending daily and weekly reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Guiding drivers for offloading to port and assist for the documents needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Registration process for trucks/trailers and follow up it with government authorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule repairs and maintenance of trucks and other company equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in taking scheduled inventories, set-up and maintain all driver files
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow company policies and procedures and recommendations on lease extensions
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain technical and computer skills and capability to effectively use distribution and office software
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties as assigned by the transport manager
 </li>
 <li>
 QHSE Management &amp; Support
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure achievement of QRTS Objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that the EPR programs are undertaken to prepare drivers to face RTS issues prior to dispatch
 </li>
 <li>
 Take part as applicable in Mock Drills and trainings related to RTS
 </li>
 <li>
 Participating in Root Cause and implementing corrective action as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Receive Purchase Requisitions (PR), check for correctness and transfer into a Purchase Order(PO)
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out cancellation and amendments to PO&rsquo;s
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and maintain computerized records for the FMS
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out system administration tasks as required for Oracle and the FMS
 </li>

 Experience

 Degree in Logistics or Accounting.
 </li>
 <li>
 2-3 years in a similar fleet and drivers management role within logistics/transportation.
 </li>
 <li>
 2-3 years in the transportation industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Outstanding organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
 </li>

 Attention to detail.
 </li>
