 As Sales Executive at Transmed, you will be responsible for developing the Foodservice business with new and existing accounts. You will be responsible for your own customer base and you ensure high customer satisfaction through your product know-how, relationship building skills and perseverance in delivering the highest service.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key accountabilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Customer consultancy
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Advise existing and new customers about the company's product portfolio and provide culinary solution to customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend demonstrations and seek customer feedback about products
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand customer's buying motives and provide appropriate solutions for customers
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Relationship building and Business Development
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Seek new customers across the assigned geography and develop business with new customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Grow sales of existing customers through strong relationships and technical consultancy
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Logistics and Customer Service to ensure high service levels after the order process
 </li>
 <li>
 Product know-how
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain a strong up to date product knowledge to advise customer through technical product details and product applications
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Receivables and collection
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure that all receivables and collections are within the agreed payment / credit terms
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect payments from customers (in case of cheque payments)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Job requirements:

 Degree in Hospitality Management, Food Science or other related field
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 1 - 3 years of related experience
 </li>
 <li>

 To manage all e-retailer account relationships by ensuring smooth distribution of the consumer products through efficient execution of online fundamentals in order to achieve target sales for Transmed in the E-commerce channel.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Accountabilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Customer Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain a strong strategic business relationship with key stakeholders at the customer level to create a collaborative working relation and leverage those relationships to achieve company&rsquo;s objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Spot business building opportunities on e-retailer&rsquo;s platform and recommend these internally to relevant stake-holders in order to address them and build the business further.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of key insights and developments within the customer ahead of time and leveraging these changes to build the business
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities around process improvements and suggest solutions in order to improve efficiencies internally and externally
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure customer scorecard is updated on monthly basis to identify key insights in order to improve on key KPIs. The scorecard should be shared internally and externally.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that receivables are collected across e-Retailers within the agreed payment terms in order to sustain company's cash flow levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Processing necessary documentation for all e-Retailers such as account opening, payment terms and GRV requests
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Monthly Initiatives And Business Plan
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Negotiate and secure budgets from category managers to participate in customer events to grow brand sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and share initiatives across assigned e-retailers on time as per the quarterly deployment plan and the calendar of events agreed with the e-retailers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create campaign briefs outlining a clear and detailed execution plan in order to achieve a perfect execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that all visibility elements aligned in Transmed&rsquo;s Joint Business Plan with the customer are executed across all e-Retailers by tracking frequently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Spot Execution Gaps VS Agreements in the e-Retailers and communicate these to the customer in order to address them and build corrective action.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyse each campaign / initiative based on the data received from the e-retailers to measure the success of the campaign and share opportunities, leanings and insights with relevant stakeholders.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in Ecommerce is a must
 </li>
 <li>
 3-5 years in Sales in FMCG or Foodservice is a must
 </li>
 <li>
 English Language is a must
 </li>
