Experience: 5&ndash;7 years in commercial/real estate sales (Mohali/Tricity preferred)Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for the project.</li><li>Recruit, train, and motivate the sales executives.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers.</li><li>Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.</li><li>Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and events.</li><li>Provide weekly performance and funnel reports to management.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Deep understanding of Tricity real estate market.</li><li>Excellent negotiation &amp; closing skills.</li><li>Leadership and team handling ability.</li><li>Fluent communication (English, Hindi, Punjabi preferred).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
