Full job descriptionKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and record maintenance.</li><li>Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally, and coordinate with the operations team</li><li>Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and office documents.</li><li>Assist in tele calling, coordinating with outside team, client follow up</li><li>Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and purchases.</li><li>Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding documents or timesheet monitoring (as needed).</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.</li><li>Perform other tasks assigned by management.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Office Admin, or related field preferred).</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li><li>Professional, responsible, and detail-oriented.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Employment visa</li><li>Medical Insurance</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED3,000.00 per month
