️</b><b> What You&rsquo;ll Do as a Lead Technician</b></div></div><div><div>
As the <b>Lead Technician</b>, you'll manage your shift while ensuring your team meets repair and maintenance deadlines. Your responsibilities include:</div></div><ul><li><div>
Overseeing shift operations, ensuring work is completed on time and to high standards</div></li><li><div>
Assigning tasks to technicians and managing the flow of work</div></li><li><div>
Answering customer service calls, assisting with needs, and creating work orders</div></li><li><div>
Ensuring safety and compliance with company policies and procedures</div></li><li><div>
Troubleshooting and repairing refrigeration units using OEM software, reading codes, and diagnosing electrical issues</div></li><li><div>
Handling repairs for minor and major truck and trailer systems: fuel, coolant, electrical, drivetrain, brakes, suspension, and more</div></li><li><div>
Conducting PM services on trailers, refrigeration units, and APU units</div></li><li><div>
Performing <b>FHWA/DOT inspections</b> on trucks and trailers</div></li><li><div>
Brake and ABS brake system replacements</div></li><li><div>
Tire repairs and replacements for trucks and trailers</div></li><li><div>
Structural, rear door, and electrical trailer repairs</div></li><li><div>
Performing APU repair and troubleshooting</div></li><li><div>
Performing road service work, servicing company vehicles, and maintaining equipment</div></li><li><div>
Maintaining a clean and organized shop environment</div></li><li><div>

As a <b>Parts Clerk</b>, you&rsquo;ll support our service shop by ensuring that parts are ordered, stocked, and managed efficiently:</p><ul><li>
Order parts from preferred vendors</li><li>
Create purchase orders and manage invoices</li><li>
Receive, stock, and organize parts inventory</li><li>
Maintain bin locations and inventory levels</li><li>
Conduct cycle counts and full inventory audits</li><li>
Support technicians by supplying necessary parts</li><li>
Handle parts returns, warranty claims, and slow-moving inventory</li><li>
Operate a forklift to load/unload parts</li><li>
Keep the parts department clean and organized</li><li>
Answer calls and deliver outstanding customer service</li><li>
Perform other shop support tasks as assigned</li></ul><p></p><p><b>

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:</p><ul><li>
Previous experience with <b>automotive or heavy-duty truck parts</b> (dealership experience a plus)</li><li>
Forklift certified (or willing to obtain certification)</li><li>
High school diploma or GED</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>
Willingness to travel for occasional training</li><li>
Professional attitude and strong work ethic</li><li>
