✅ Job Requirements<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
1+ year of shop experience with DOT annual inspections, brakes, or tech school certification</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license
</li><li>Obtain a toolbox and required tools</li><li>
Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude</li></ul>
️ What You&rsquo;ll Do
As a Diesel Technician, Trailer Technician, or Reefer Technician, your role will involve a variety of important tasks, including:<ul><li>
Preventative maintenance on trailers, trucks, refrigeration units, and APUs</li><li>
Brake replacements, suspension repairs, and DOT/FHWA inspections</li><li>
Diagnosing electrical systems &amp; ABS brake system repairs</li><li>
Tire services, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and flat repairs</li><li>
Structural repairs on trailers, rear door replacements, and washouts</li><li>
Troubleshooting APUs and providing road service calls</li><li>
Maintaining a clean and organized shop, as well as servicing company vehicles</li><li>
Safely operating forklifts, hoists, and other tools</li><li>
Performing additional duties and responsibilities as needed</li></ul>
