Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Project Finalization and Planning:</li><li>Collaborate with senior management to finalize project plans and define the scope, timeline, and budget.</li><li>Develop comprehensive project execution plans that detail each phase, ensuring all requirements are met.</li><li>Team Leadership:</li><li>Build, manage, and lead a strong execution team focused on the construction side, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.</li><li>Ensure all team members clearly understand their roles and responsibilities within the project.</li><li>Risk and Issue Management:</li><li>Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.</li><li>Resolve project-related issues promptly to avoid delays and budget overruns.</li><li>Construction Management:</li><li>Creating Systems and Establishing processes to ensure work is executed according to the project timeline, specifications,budget and quality standards.</li><li>Identify potential issues or delays early and devise effective mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.</li><li>Budget and Cost Management:</li><li>Create and manage project budgets and schedule</li><li>Approve expenses and ensure all costs align with the established budget.</li><li>Quality Assurance and Compliance:</li><li>Ensure all construction activities comply with Transways Realty's quality standards and relevant legal regulations.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety and quality, taking corrective action as necessary.</li><li>Stakeholder management:</li><li>Maintain open lines of communication with senior management, stakeholders, and clients, providing regular project progress updates.</li><li>Address and resolve stakeholder concerns promptly and professionally.</li><li>Documentation and Reporting:</li><li>Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including daily progress reports, quality assessments, and budget analyses.</li><li>Present detailed project performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed improvements.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;70,000.00 - &#8377;100,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person

<ul><li>Required Qualification</li><li>Age should range from 25-30 yrs.</li><li>No such gender specification required</li><li>LLB</li><li>2-5 yrs legal experience &amp; 3 yrs in real estate</li><li>Should stay at a commuting area to the office.</li><li>Salary 20k</li><li>Responsibilities</li><li>The person needs to handle all documents related to real estate business</li><li>Coordinate with bank to ensure proper paperwork done</li><li>The person has to supervise in the smooth handover of documents to the client</li><li>They have to supervise in registration process, handle legal query in the project</li><li>They have to handle all case issue of the company</li><li>Should have experience and deep knowledge in real estate laws and should have worked in a real estate company .</li><li>Must have experience in drafting and registration.</li><li>Should be able to work in flexible hours as per registration office etc.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge is required.</li><li>Person should be Meticulous, good in drafting skills,legal knowledge, strong communication,patience.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
