Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Drive parts sales.</li><li>
Answer incoming calls.</li><li>
Follow-up on orders.</li><li>
Respond to customer inquiries.</li><li>
Provide information and updates.</li><li>
Record departmental data and make suggestions for improvement.</li><li>
Document customer quality issues and make suggestions for improvement.</li><li>
Learn and educate others of relevant policies, procedures regarding purchases, returns, credit terms, etc.</li><li>
Maintain familiarity with all inventory products and merchandising programs and ordering systems.</li><li>
Provide troubleshooting support and service.</li><li>
Process orders in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>
Set an example of professionalism and positivity.</li><li>
Maintain an orderly and safe working environment.</li><li>
Additional duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Requirements:

Work Environment &amp; Physical Abilities:<ul><li>
Activities require a full range of motion including; handling and lifting, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.</li><li>
This position may require standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.</li><li>
This position requires corrected vision and hearing within normal range.</li><li>
This position requires the ability to work under stressful conditions or irregular hours.</li></ul>
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge &amp; Skills:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Valid driver's license and MVR in good standing.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>

Preferred Education, Experience, Knowledge &amp; Skills:<ul><li>
Previous experience in a similar role.</li><li>
Knowledge of diesel engines, gas engines, drive train and suspension.</li><li>
Heavy and medium duty truck industry experience.</li></ul>
