What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3><ul><li>
Perform advanced maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and farm machinery.</li><li>
Diagnose complex mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and service manuals.</li><li>
Execute both scheduled and unscheduled repairs with minimal supervision, ensuring safety and performance standards.</li><li>
Operate cranes and specialized equipment to support repair and maintenance tasks.</li><li>
Communicate clearly with customers, providing detailed service recommendations and updates.</li><li>
Maintain accurate, detailed records of all repairs and maintenance activities.</li><li>
Mentor entry-level technicians and collaborate with teams to enhance service delivery.</li><li>
Stay current on industry advancements and apply expertise to improve repair processes.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You Bring</b></h3><ul><li>
High school diploma or GED.</li><li>
5+ years of hands-on experience with diesel engines, hydraulic, or electrical systems.</li><li>
Advanced knowledge of diagnostic tools and service manuals.</li><li>
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings.</li><li>
Ability to provide own tools suitable for the job.</li><li>
Capability to prioritize and multitask effectively.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and ability to drive a company vehicle (mobile role).</li><li>
Ability to pass background checks.</li><li>
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in indoor/outdoor environments.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
ASE certifications or OEM-specific training (e.g., Cummins, Detroit, Volvo, etc).</li><li>
Experience with field service or mobile repair.</li><li>
Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>
