POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Transwestern Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering strategic, visually engaging designs that resonate with Transwestern&rsquo;s clients and business stakeholders. This role requires critical thinking, resourcefulness, a high level of business acumen, and the ability to sell one&rsquo;s ideas. This role works collaboratively with other creative team members, vendors, cross-functional partners, and internal/external clients to provide world-class design solutions, supporting Business Development across a variety of platforms, channels, and audiences.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES<div><ul><li>
Supports commercial real estate marketing efforts through strategic conceptualization and visually engaging design</li><li>
Focuses on the strategy of design and how materials can effectively support Transwestern&rsquo;s business efforts</li><li>
Expertly balances brand guidelines along with the ability to deliver custom one-off solutions that meet client requirements</li><li>
Able to research, identify, and interface with external vendors</li><li>
Able to distill information directly from internal/external clients and translate those findings into useful/relevant creative outputs</li><li>
Able to expertly produce materials from end-to-end with minimal supervision</li><li>
Able to multitask and fulfill multiple project requests within defined deadlines</li><li>
Has a digitally focused mindset and can identify and activate emerging tools and technologies</li><li>
Able to present creative ideas effectively and can lead brainstorming sessions</li><li>
Performs quality assurance measures by reviewing and proofing for errors or unacceptable standards</li><li>
Assists in the mentoring and development of more junior-level designers by continually sharing best practices and design knowledge</li><li>
Stays connected to emerging tools, technologies, design trends, and strategies</li><li>
Works on additional special marketing projects</li><li>

POSITION REQUIRMENTS</h2><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Communication Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).</li><li>
5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in commercial real estate, architecture, corporate marketing, or B2B industries.</li><li>
Experience with Business Development</li><li>
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel</li><li>
Advanced knowledge of graphic design principles</li><li>
Proficient in project management, editing, and content development</li><li>
Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript preferred</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Strong organizational and analytical skills</li><li>
Ability to provide efficient, timely, and reliable timeframes to internal clients</li><li>
Ability to effectively present information</li></ul></div>
