Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Business, Finance, Marketing, Tech, etc.) to align priorities, unblock execution, and ensure clear stakeholder communication.</li><li>
Help structure ambiguous business problems, analyze opportunities, and support leadership decision-making with data and clear reasoning.</li><li>
Identify operational gaps, propose process improvements, and bring structure to recurring business and operational activities.</li><li>
Drive execution of cross-functional projects end-to-end by coordinating with product, tech, operations, finance, and growth teams.</li><li>
Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and actionable improvement opportunities.</li><li>
Prepare clear, concise communication and updates for internal and external stakeholders when required.</li><li>

The Recruitment Process:</b><br>

1. <b>Aptitude Test</b>: The first step of the recruitment process is a basic 50-minute aptitude test.<br>
2. <b>Group Discussion</b>: If you clear the Aptitude Test, the second step of the recruitment process would be a 20-30-minute group discussion round.<br>
3. <b>Personal Interviews:</b> 2-3 video interviews. Detailed discussions about the job profile, company &amp; candidature are discussed in these rounds.<br>
 4. <b>Extending an offer</b>: On successfully clearing the interview rounds, the job offer is extended to the candidate. This includes financial benefits and many other benefits.</div><div></div><p><b><br>
