 &bull; Review sub-contractors&rsquo; shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
 
 &bull; Coordinating with the design team and ensuring all documents are updated and all details are studied.
 
 &bull; Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Design Manager for discussion and proper solution.
 
 &bull; Review client modifications and requests by the community team and ensure no all issues are resolved with no delay.
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 BSc of Engineering (Architecture)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 3-4 years&rsquo; experience in design development. field- preferably in construction sites/projects
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Communication skills - Analytical skills.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit, and Google Sketch up - Fluency in English
 
 </li>
