Summary and Responsibilities: 
This role is responsible for managing the Track Distribution business model, designed to drive value for customers by optimizing booking revenue and operationalizing key workflows across multiple departments. 
 
This role ensures the Track Distribution Services are structured, executed, and delivered with precision and excellence. You&rsquo;ll work cross-functionally to define, implement, and scale the systems, programs, and infrastructure that support the successful delivery of Distribution services to our customers. 
 
The Track Distribution Manager engages directly with customers to strategically implement best-in-class Distribution practices. This person brings a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, technical acumen, and industry knowledge to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive growth. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities: 
<ul><li>Create, develop, train, onboard, and support the Track Distribution program at TNS</li></ul>
 for both new and existing customers. 
<ul><li>Provide distribution strategies to our customers that optimize their revenue.</li><li>Create, develop and deliver Portfolio Audits, Quarterly Reviews and Health Checks</li></ul>
 to all TNS customers and provide insight to our team. 
<ul><li>Ensure TNS is helping our customers optimize revenue across multiple booking</li></ul>
 channels using the appropriate reporting and strategies through regular business 
 reviews and support. 
<ul><li>Provide consultative guidance on changes and enhancements to our platform and</li></ul>
 services including identifying cross sell and upsell opportunities like adding 
 customers to new channels and getting them to adopt new distribution features. 
<ul><li>Be the champion of follow up and follow through as it relates to our internal and</li></ul>
 external clients and the cross departmental collaboration required for success. 
 
Minimum Qualifications: 
<ul><li>1-3+ years of direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales</li></ul>
 support, or equivalent experience in professional services, project management or 
 account management functions.</div>
<ul><li>Experience with Online Travel Agent Distribution</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience working in a startup SaaS environment</li><li>Organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking experience.</li><li>Ability to understand customer requirements, identify, upsell, and cross-sell</li></ul>
 opportunities to deepen penetration of solutions within customer environments. 
<ul><li>Demonstrable ability to think strategically, and execute tactically while providing</li></ul>
 consistent and high levels of customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced 
 environment. 
<ul><li>Strong preference in OTA and Channel Distribution in the Vacation Rental Industry.</li><li>Strong preference for previous experience working in the Hospitality Industry.</li></ul>

Compensation: 
The typical starting salary range for this position is: $60,000 to $65,000. 
The actual salary offer will consider multiple factors, including skills, experience, education, and location. Please note that the salary reflects the base amount only and does not include total compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and benefits.</div>

Summary and Responsibilities 
Our Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for driving customer retention, satisfaction, and growth by building strong relationships and ensuring successful product adoption. This role requires a proactive approach to managing a portfolio of customers, addressing their needs, and collaborating across multiple teams to deliver optimal outcomes. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing adoption, and overall success journey.</li><li>Drive customer retention by understanding client goals and delivering solutions to meet their needs.</li><li>Proactively monitor customer health and engage with customers to ensure continued success and satisfaction.</li><li>Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and product feedback sessions with clients.</li><li>Inform customers of new product features and best practices, helping them integrate updates into their operations for maximum efficiency.</li><li>Ensure customers&rsquo; platforms are up-to-date and optimally configured to meet their evolving needs.</li><li>Collaborate with customers on continuous optimization efforts, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending configuration changes to enhance performance.</li><li>Work with the Professional Services team to identify training opportunities and assist with configuration updates that align with customer goals.</li><li>Collaborate with the Support team to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth ticket resolution.</li><li>Work closely with Sales on expansion opportunities, cross-sell, and up-sell initiatives.</li></ul>
-Partner with Product and Engineering teams to deliver customer feedback, participate -in discovery calls, and ensure product alignment with customer requirements. 
<ul><li>Assist customers with contract negotiations, renewals, and service optimization.</li></ul>

Sales: Align on growth strategies, contract negotiations, and product expansions. 
Support: Ensure customer issues are escalated and resolved promptly, particularly for Tier 3 support cases. 
Product/Engineering: Provide customer feedback, participate in discovery calls, and collaborate on product improvements. 
Professional Services: Partner to identify training needs, configuration updates, and continuous optimization opportunities for customers. 
Marketing: Share customer success stories and testimonials, contribute to case studies, and support customer advocacy programs. 
 
Minimum Qualifications:</div>
<ul><li>Previous Experience working in a SaaS organization</li></ul>
<ul><li>Background with Account Management or Customer Success</li><li>Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of directly related experience</li><li>Working knowledge of the vacation rental or short-term rental industries</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work with executive-level clients</li><li>Excellent communicator and empathetic listener</li><li>Highly organized and excellent at time management and prioritization</li><li>Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles and achieve goals</li><li>Collaborative and respectful team player</li><li>Passionate about client service with a desire for continuous improvement</li><li>Project management and Hospitality experience preferred</li></ul>
