We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will join a team of technical support specialists dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. This role requires strong customer service skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provide technical support of the full Travelport product range.
</li><li>Work with the Team Leaders and Customer Technical Services Manager to set clear team goals and objectives and monitor performance against targets.
</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Product Development and GCE, to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
</li><li>Assist with the implementation of strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support and technical services.
</li><li>Service incidents from all channels including but not limited to; Phone, Web Submit, Chat, and Email.
</li><li>Provide coherent and intelligent problem descriptions to enable the incident to be referred to outside suppliers or other teams without further reference.
</li><li>Promote Travelport self-service options to customers including MyTravelport.
</li><li>Attend regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance own capabilities.
</li></ul>Who we are looking for in this role:
<ul><li>Proven experience in a technical support role.
</li><li>A team member who can contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
</li><li>Fluent English (spoken and written) skills required.
</li><li>Ability to develop strong customer and internal relationships through a collaborative, consultative, reliable, and empathetic approach.
</li><li>Strong team player
</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
</li><li>Someone with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and geographical regions.
</li></ul>KPIs:
<ul><li>Maintain monthly team CSAT rating of 4.7/5
</li><li>Achieve a response time within 4 business hours for 100% of all cases handled
</li><li>Close 80% of all cases handled within 24 business hours.

 What does a great Customer Success Manager do?
 
 
 
 In this role, you&rsquo;ll play a key part in strengthening the operational relationship with a wide range of airline collaborators. By understanding their needs and addressing challenges with urgency and care, you&rsquo;ll help create a smooth and productive experience that supports mutual success. Your contribution will extend to enhancing brand presence and content visibility, helping airlines stand out in the market. You'll work in close coordination with commercial teams to uncover opportunities for deeper collaboration, all while staying connected to local market dynamics through close engagement with internal stakeholders-keeping operations aligned, efficient, and always moving forward.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities include:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide effective operational support to a portfolio of Airline Partners, ensuring partner requirements and issues are understood, addressed or escalated in a timely manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and implement operational plans for Enterprise and Regional Partners within the portfolio, supporting the delivery of business goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain excellent relationships with key individuals within the customer organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own Rich Content and Branding onboarding and support for a portfolio of Airline Partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the Air Travel Partners Commercial team to drive continued growth by delivering increased partner value through existing products and services and the adoption of new offerings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Travelport agency and operator teams to develop an understanding of local market requirements and challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate any airline operational issues to internal stakeholders that may be impacted and prioritize resources accordingly.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Who we are looking for in this role:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree-level education
 </li>
 <li>
 Airline and/or GDS experience preferable
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years proven track record of successful customer relationship management and customer service
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in direct responsibility for operational support
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent written and spoken English, additional languages an advantage (such as Arabic)
 
 
 
 </li>
