Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team in Jayanagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, a strong understanding of the travel industry, and excellent customer service skills. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing personalized travel services and creating seamless travel experiences for our clients.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Advise clients on travel options, destinations, packages, and itineraries based on their preferences and budget.</li><li>Book flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services.</li><li>Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to ensure quality services for clients.</li><li>Handle client inquiries and provide solutions to travel-related issues or concerns.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, new destinations, and travel promotions.</li><li>Maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.</li><li>Prepare and process travel documentation, including booking confirmations, tickets, and itineraries.</li><li>Ensure smooth handling of client complaints, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with company policies.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote travel packages and services.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of global travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and tour operators.</li><li>Proficiency in travel booking systems (GDS knowledge preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.</li><li>Attention to detail and organization skills.</li><li>Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.</li></ul>How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their updated CVs to careers@trawelmart.com.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,411.65 - &#8377;45,103.06 per monthWork Location: In person
