**LOCATED IN DELTA JUNCTION, ALASKA**<br>
<br>
The Alaska Regional Test Center (ARTC) supervisor is responsible for the overall section supervision, training, equipment inventory, operations, scheduling, and managing a team to support contractual requirements for TRAX. The supervisor ensures customer service excellence, follows and enforces all company policies and procedures, maintains a knowledge base, strives for continuous process improvement, meets established performance metrics, and reports requirements related to operations. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining section documentation supporting contractual requirements (SOPs, calibration, training, checklists, maintenance logs, licenses, etc.). The supervisor will meet with customers to identify requirements and offer/develop solutions to meet those requirements. The supervisor will communicate section information with TRAX management, customers, Quality Assurance Evaluators (QAEs), and Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), as needed. The supervisor is responsible for, but not limited to, managing personnel compliance with training requirements, policies and procedures; thoroughly involved in the recruiting process and selecting candidates for employment; managing assignments and equipment; developing and implementing shop procedures; generating and distributing required reports; monitoring and approving assignments and timesheets; recommending equipment for purchase to improve efficiency and quality; developing equipment lists and procurement plans and coaching, training, mentoring, and administering personnel disciplinary actions. The supervisor shall follow established governmental regulations, organizational guidelines, company policies and procedures when performing job responsibilities. Performs other duties as required to complete the assigned mission.</div><br>

<b>Education/Licenses/Certifications/Experience Requirements:</b><br>

<li>Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li><br>
* Must have one of the following: 10 years&rsquo; related experience or a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field and 5 years of related experience, or an Associate&rsquo;s degree / Military training in a related field and 8 years related experience, or equivalent experience***.<br>
<li>Relevant experience leading 10 or more personnel.</li><br>
<li>Demonstrated customer service experience.</li><br>
<br>

<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).</li><br>

<b>Physical Requirements:</b><br>
<br>
<li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical and periodic retests.</li><br>
<li>Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for work tasks assigned.</li><br>
<li>Must be capable of working in extreme weather conditions including summer temperatures peaking around 120 degrees Fahrenheit.</li><br>
<li>Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. unassisted and capable of climbing up and into large vehicles up to 10 feet high.</li><br>
<li>Must be capable of kneeling, squatting, bending and standing while performing duties.</li><br>
<li>Must be able to distinguish colors.

<li>Must meet the physical requirements necessary to perform operations outlined, performed, and stated in the section SOPs.</li><br>

The Technical Writer - I at the Potomac River Test Range (PRTR) will be a key player in developing, editing, and maintaining technical documentation, including reports, test plans, and other technical materials. This position requires a meticulous individual with strong writing skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with standard software applications.<br>

<b>Duties and Responsibilities</b><br>

<li>Collaborates with engineers, analysts, and other professionals to ensure clarity and consistency in the documentation process</li><br>
<li>Develops, writes, formats, and edits technical documentation such as test plans, reports, standards, and proposals</li><br>
<li>Prepares documents for final publication in electronic media/format, ensures proper organization, clarity, and coherence</li><br>
<li>Reviews and edits technical documents, ensures accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established formats and standards</li><br>
<li>Collaborates with subject matter experts to assure correct technical interpretation and content accuracy</li><br>
