This role will be pivotal in scaling our fast-growing teams across Marketing, Product, Tech, Ops, and more. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, driving data-backed hiring strategies, improving candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers to meet business hiring goals.Key Responsibilities 1. Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers by providing talent market insights, sourcing strategies, and structured hiring plans.</li><li>Drive intake discussions to align on role expectations, timelines, and interview panels.</li><li>Share regular recruitment reports and pipeline health updates with key stakeholders.</li><li>Use data to influence hiring decisions and optimize hiring funnels.</li></ul>2. Candidate Experience<ul><li>Deliver a high-touch, engaging experience for candidates across the funnel.</li><li>Build and nurture relationships with top talent through timely communication and feedback.</li><li>Identify friction points in the candidate journey and lead process improvements.</li></ul>3. Data-Driven Hiring<ul><li>Track and report hiring metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, source effectiveness, funnel health, offer acceptance).</li><li>Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions.</li><li>Maintain recruitment dashboards for visibility across hiring pipelines.</li></ul>4. Talent Sourcing &amp; Screening<ul><li>Own sourcing strategies across channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, agencies).</li><li>Participate in shortlisting discussions and coordinate interviews with speed and efficiency.</li><li>Ensure up-to-date and organized candidate records in ATS or spreadsheets.</li></ul>5. Execution Excellence<ul><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback, and keep hiring on track.</li><li>Ensure consistency in job descriptions, scorecards, and evaluations across functions.</li><li>Maintain strong employer branding in all external candidate touchpoints.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Need<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).</li><li>6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in startups, D2C, health-tech, retail, or consumer tech.</li><li>Deep understanding of sourcing channels, assessment methods, and closing strategies.</li><li>Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles with tight deadlines.</li><li>Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS systems, and spreadsheets.</li><li>A mix of execution focus + strategic thinking + people intuition.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;600,000.00 - &#8377;1,800,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person

This role will be pivotal in scaling our fast-growing functions including HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Content, Brand, Product, Analysts, Performance Marketing, Logistics &amp; Supply Chain, and New Product Development (NPD).You&rsquo;ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring exceptional candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers to achieve business hiring goals.Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities 1. Talent Sourcing &amp; Screening<ul><li>Develop and execute sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct preliminary assessments, and shortlist candidates effectively.</li><li>Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in ATS/spreadsheets.</li></ul>2. Candidate Experience<ul><li>Deliver a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate journey.</li><li>Build long-term relationships with top talent through timely communication and transparency.</li><li>Proactively identify and improve candidate touchpoints across the funnel.</li></ul>4. Execution Excellence<ul><li>Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and ensure closure of roles within agreed timelines.</li><li>Maintain consistency in job descriptions, interview scorecards, and evaluation processes.</li><li>Strengthen employer branding by creating a positive external perception at every touchpoint.</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong focus on Non-IT hiring (HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Content, Brand, Product, Analysts, etc.).</li><li>Solid understanding of sourcing platforms, candidate assessment methods, and closing strategies.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple mandates in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li><li>Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms, and recruitment data tracking.</li><li>A combination of execution excellence, data orientation, and people intuition.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;200,000.00 - &#8377;600,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
