Your Role:

We're looking for a Senior Hybrid Instructor to join our Treasure Data Academy team. Reporting to the Academy Lead, you'll deliver engaging instructor-led training experiences both in-person and virtually, incorporating basic training principles and edutainment techniques to create memorable learning experiences for partners, customers, and internal teams. 
Responsibilities &amp; Duties:
<ul>
<li>Deliver dynamic instructor-led training sessions across hybrid formats (in-person and virtual), ensuring engaging and effective knowledge transfer through the use of gamification, interactive elements, and multimedia techniques</li>
<li>Travel up to 60% of the time to deliver on-site training programs, workshops, and certification sessions at customer and partner locations</li>
<li>Design and facilitate immersive training experiences that incorporate edutainment principles, making complex technical concepts accessible and memorable for diverse audiences</li>
<li>Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create engaging training sessions that maximize participant retention and application</li>
<li>Develop and deliver technical training programs focused on Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations, software training, and data platform concepts</li>
<li>Adapt training delivery methods based on audience needs, learning objectives, and format requirements (virtual vs. in-person)</li>
<li>Collaborate with content development teams to ensure training materials translate effectively across different delivery formats</li>
<li>Track and analyze training effectiveness metrics, gathering feedback to continuously improve program delivery and participant engagement</li>
<li>Support certification program delivery, including hands-on labs, assessments, and practical application exercises</li>
<li>Partner with customer success and partner enablement teams to ensure training programs drive adoption and maximize platform value</li></ul> 


Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience</li>
<li>10+ years of experience in technical training delivery with a proven track record of success</li>
<li>Extensive experience delivering instructor-led training in both virtual and in-person formats</li>
<li>Strong background in Customer Data Platform (CDP) training and implementation</li>
<li>Proven expertise in software training and data platform education</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to incorporate edutainment techniques, gamification, and interactive elements into training programs</li>
<li>Experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies</li>
<li>Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse technical and non-technical audiences</li>
<li>Comfort with extensive travel requirements (up to 60% travel)</li>
<li>Strong adaptability skills to deliver consistent training experiences across different environments and formats</li></ul> 


Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience with Treasure Data or similar CDP platforms</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of marketing technology and advertising technology landscapes</li>
<li>Certification in training, instructional design, or adult learning methodologies</li>
<li>Background in customer success or partner enablement</li>
<li>Experience with learning management systems and virtual training platforms</li>
<li>Track record of developing training programs that drive measurable business outcomes</li></ul> 


Physical Requirements:

Working out of the New York, NY, office according to our &ldquo;Global Hybrid Working Policy.&rdquo; 
Travel Requirements:

40-60% travel average with the opportunity to travel more if desired.
