The job mainly consists of:Operating a multi-line phone system; screen calls, take accurate messages, and route inquiries to the appropriate accountant or staff member.Maintaining calendar for multiple accountantsManaging appointment schedulesMaintaining and organizing both physical and digital client files, ensuring strict confidentialitySupport the CPAs and accounting staff with essential administrative and clerical workGeneral office work, including but not limited to printing, scanning, copying, and filing.Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
