We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR &amp; Operations Intern to support our team in day-to-day coordination and regional operations.Role OverviewAs an HR &amp; Operations Intern at Treble Kicks, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, recruitment, and operational execution. This role is ideal for freshers or college students who are eager to learn, adapt quickly, and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities:<ul><li>Schedule and organize calls, interviews, and internal meetings</li><li>Assist with basic HR tasks, documentation, and onboarding</li><li>Support recruitment efforts across departments</li></ul>Operations Support:<ul><li>Assist the operations team in managing activities in the Thrissur region</li><li>Coordinate with instructors, schools, and parents as required</li><li>Support in planning and smooth execution of sessions/events</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must have a laptop and stable internet</li><li>Excellent communication skills (English preferred)</li><li>Reliable, disciplined, and able to work under fast-paced and critical environments</li><li>Strong organisational and people-handling skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and take initiative</li></ul>Who Can Apply?<ul><li>Freshers and college students are highly encouraged to apply</li><li>Candidates who are eager to build a career in HR, Operations, or the Sports &amp; EdTech industry</li></ul>If you're energetic, people-smart, and excited to be part of a growing brand that&rsquo;s shaping sports culture for young children , we&rsquo;d love to meet you!Job Type: Internship Contract length: 6 monthsPay: &#8377;1,500.00 - &#8377;5,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
