 Problem-Solving:
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Investigate discrepancies, explain outcomes (like readmissions or costs), and propose data-driven solutions.

 Process Improvement:
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with teams to implement changes and assess their impact on care quality and cost.
 </li>

 Essential and Must have Skills &amp; Qualifications

 Technical:
 
 SQL, data visualization (Tableau, Power BI), Excel &amp; Data Modelling understanding of EHR systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Analytical:
 
 Strong statistical knowledge, critical thinking, attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Domain Knowledge:
 
 Recent 3+ years of work experience in healthcare operations, billing, clinical processes, US healthcare and regulations. is a Must
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Soft Skills:
 
 Excellent communication (written/verbal), presentation skills, teamwork.
 </li>
 <li>
