The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced setting, ready to tackle diverse administrative tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism.Duties<ul><li>Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with excellent phone etiquette.</li><li>Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, including digital files using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Perform data entry, proofreading, and document management tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Schedule appointments, coordinate calendar management, and organize meetings for staff using various digital tools.</li><li>Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic QuickBooks entries.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner; bilingual abilities are a plus.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.</li><li>Personal assistant experience or familiarity with calendar management enhances your fit for this role.
