We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to manage and oversee various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our company culture and ensuring a positive employee experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding:</li><li>Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.</li><li>Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and attract top talent.</li><li>Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.</li><li>Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a seamless transition for employees.</li><li>Employee Relations &amp; Engagement:</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.</li><li>Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.</li><li>HR Compliance &amp; Policies:</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company policies.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records, handbooks, and HR policies.</li><li>Benefits &amp; Payroll Support:</li><li>Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, PTO, and retirement plans.</li><li>Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping.</li><li>Performance Management &amp; Training:</li><li>Support performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers on employee development.</li><li>Organize training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>3+ years of HR experience, preferably in the financial services or business funding industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in HR software, preferable Paychex, and G-Suite</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li></ul>Why Join?<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Growth opportunities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.</li><li>Collaborative and supportive company culture.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid jury duty</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Miami, FL 33181 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
