Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate and manage leads for property sales and leasing.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.</li><li>Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.</li><li>Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.</li><li>Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate client and property records.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in the Qatar or GCC real estate market.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Fluent in English.</li><li>Valid Qatar Driving License and own vehicle.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.</li><li>Must be currently available in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID.</li><li>Immediate joining preferred.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Required Skills:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years experience within GCC countries.</li><li>Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment.</li><li>Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.</li><li>Install and connect electrical wiring, conduits, panels, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures.</li><li>Inspect electrical systems to identify faults, hazards, and code compliance issues.</li><li>Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions in power distribution and control systems.</li><li>Test electrical circuits and equipment using multimeters, insulation testers, and other diagnostic tools.</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and installations.</li><li>Install, maintain, and repair circuit breakers, transformers, motors, and control panels.</li><li>Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company procedures.</li><li>Respond to electrical emergencies and breakdowns in a timely manner.</li><li>Replace damaged or defective electrical components and wiring.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems and equipment.</li></ul>This position is only for the candidates available in Qatar with valid Qatar ID and can join immediately.Work Location: In person
