We are looking for someone who is excited about coffee and our overall company culture. We value a team that reflects our community and welcome applicants of all backgrounds.This position requires weekend availability. We have both part-time and full-time openings.For this position, specialty coffee experience is prioritized. In addition, we expect all of our baristas to:<ul><li>Begin with an attitude of learning.</li><li>Develop a deep understanding for all of our product offerings.</li><li>Develop and be able to display an understanding of coffee processes and brew types.</li><li>Be open to a training pathway that will lead through a progression of different positions and skills that will progress based upon employee aptitude and teachability.</li><li>Be able to execute all of our product offerings to our standard of quality</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service to include greeting, welcoming, educating on products and coffee in general, as well as having an eagerness to meet customer needs</li><li>Keep stations and seating areas clean and organized</li><li>Be proactive and taking initiative in problem solving, dealing with bottlenecks</li><li>Work on speed and efficiency while primarily maintaining quality.</li><li>Be eager and ready to help with other tasks as needed (prep, dish washing, stocking shelves, etc.)</li><li>Be an avid team player that respects others, accepts feedback from peers and leadership, and continually looks for ways to grow and improve in the role</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
