Job description:Female Restaurants Area ManagerThe restaurant area manager oversees multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational efficiency, consistent service, and profitability. Their responsibilities include strategic planning, staff management, financial oversight, and maintaining brand standards across their assigned locations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operational Oversight:</li></ul>Ensuring smooth daily operations in each restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, food preparation, and customer service.Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.Maintaining safety and food quality standards<ul><li>Staff Management:</li></ul>Recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff, including managers and hourly employees.Supervising daily shift operations, including front- and back-of-house restaurant operations<ul><li>Financial Management:</li></ul>Monitoring sales, costs, and profitability, and developing strategies to improve financial performance.<ul><li>Compliance:</li></ul>Ensuring all restaurants adhere to health and safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.<ul><li>Customer Satisfaction:</li></ul>Addressing customer complaints and feedback, and implementing measures to enhance the overall dining experience.<ul><li>Reporting:</li></ul>Preparing regular reports for upper management on key performance indicators, sales trends, and operational challenges.<ul><li>Inventory Management:</li></ul>Overseeing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper stock rotation to minimize waste in the restaurant .<ul><li>Training and Development:</li></ul>Conducting training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and identifying opportunities for employee development.Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Must Be Female</li><li>Must be Arabic Speaker</li><li>Proven experience in restaurant management or a related field (9 to 12 years).</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Commercial Awareness</li><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.</li><li>Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and health regulations.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation.</li><li>Proficiency in relevant software and technology</li><li>Certificate in Restaurant Management</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you located in Bahrain?</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>Application Deadline: 01/09/2025
