Opening Shift runs from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. ( availability for this shift a plus )Customer service taking orders at the POSMaking bowls, smoothies and other offeringsMust exemplify the SoBol Culture and our company Mission, Vision, and Values through performance and behaviorEnforce store policies and SoBol standardDealing with customer queries and complaintsEnsuring compliance with health and safety legislationCompleting and delegating tasks to ensure the operation requirements of the store are metMaintain store appearance/cleanlinessThe ideal candidate will possess:Must be friendly and outgoing.Able to communicate clearly with customers and other employees.Physical Ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes of food and supplies which entails lifting up to 25 lbsAbility to work variable hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as neededAbility to successfully complete the training programAbility to follow all guidelines and procedures set forth by SoBol2-3 years experience in the restaurant/hospitality franchising sector - PreferredAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentNCDH food handlers certificate a plusJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Great Neck, NY (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Great Neck, NY: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
