 Minimum 2 years of professional experience in startups, strategy development, operations and related verticals,

 Strong communication skills to manage internal and external (couriers, 3rd parties, etc.) stakeholders,
 </li>
 <li>
 Being proactive and having autonomous problem solving capabilities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excel knowledge and data interpretation skills,
 </li>
