Medical Receptionist &ndash; Responsibilities<ul><li>Front Desk Management</li><li>Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.</li><li>Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.</li><li>Appointment Coordination</li><li>Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed.</li><li>Coordinate with medical staff to manage doctors&rsquo; and specialists&rsquo; calendars.</li><li>Patient Registration</li><li>Collect and update patient information, including demographics, medical history, and insurance details.</li><li>Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary pre-authorizations.</li><li>Communication Handling</li><li>Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage inquiries with professionalism.</li><li>Relay accurate messages to medical staff and follow up with patients as required.</li><li>Billing and Payments</li><li>Process patient payments, generate invoices, and issue receipts.</li><li>Assist patients with insurance claims and payment-related questions.</li><li>Medical Record Management</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized patient records, both digital and hard copy.</li><li>Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.</li><li>Administrative Support</li><li>Prepare and manage forms, reports, and correspondence.</li><li>Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.</li><li>Facility Coordination</li><li>Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and welcoming.</li><li>Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department.</li><li>Compliance and Policies</li><li>Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.</li><li>Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Derma Services: 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>Derma Reception: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>arabic (Preferred)</li><li>english (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi (Preferred)</li></ul>

Medical Receptionist
