This role combines design expertise with sales excellence, delivering personalized design solutions while driving store performance.Key Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is preferred but not required.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in retail furniture sales or client advisory roles.</li><li>Basic understanding of space planning or ability to suggest layout configurations.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist clients, providing product knowledge and tailored design suggestions.</li><li>Create layout proposals and coordinate with clients on customizations.</li><li>Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and follow up on payments.</li><li>Maintain and update CRM with client details, leads, and project progress.</li><li>Perform follow-ups via email, calls, and messaging to convert leads into sales.</li><li>Support showroom merchandising, product displays, and sample/material management.</li><li>Engage with real estate agencies, designers, and developers to promote offerings.</li><li>Assist the design team with mood boards, proposals, and large-scale projects.</li><li>Track project information, including scope, timeline, and budget.</li><li>Attend internal meetings and training to enhance coordination and client service.</li><li>Meet monthly sales targets and provide performance updates to management.</li></ul>Why Join Us?
