Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Lead Fours Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will lead a classroom of four-year-olds, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes growth across all developmental domains. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape young minds during a critical stage of childhood development while ensuring a joyful and inclusive classroom experience.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional learning.</li><li>Create an engaging classroom environment that supports toddler care, preschool activities, and early intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs.</li><li>Manage daily classroom routines with effective behavior management techniques to foster positive behavior and social skills among students.</li><li>Collaborate with families to communicate student progress, address concerns, and support ongoing development through regular updates and parent-teacher conferences.</li><li>Utilize assessment tools such as standardized testing and formative evaluations to monitor student growth and inform instruction.</li><li>Incorporate Montessori methods or other pedagogical approaches to enhance child-centered learning experiences.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student assessments, and behavioral observations in compliance with childcare regulations and educational standards.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven classroom management experience working with children aged three to five years old in preschool or daycare settings.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across early childhood subjects including literacy education, math, physical education, and social skills.</li><li>Experience working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and child welfare practices.</li><li>Prior experience in private schools or Montessori environments is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and families.</li><li>Classroom experience involving standardized testing preparation or tutoring is advantageous.
