</div><div></div><div>The Residential Department Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and overall performance of the Residential Department in both our Appleton and Green Bay locations. This role involves managing a team of employees, ensuring high levels of productivity and efficiency, and maintaining excellent customer focus. The Department Manager will also be responsible for achieving departmental goals, managing budgets, and implementing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.</div>

<ul><li>Supervise, mentor, and motivate department staff to achieve individual and team goals.</li>
<li>Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans.</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li><b>Work Environment and Collaboration:</b>
<ul><li>Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving.</li>
<li>Support training and development opportunities for staff.</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li><b>Compliance and Strategic Goals:</b>
<ul><li>Ensure adherence to company and industry regulations.</li>
<li>Set strategic long and short-term departmental goals and evaluate outcomes.</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li><b>Operational Efficiency and Financial Management:</b>
<ul><li>Develop strategies to increase productivity and improve operations.</li>
<li>Manage the departmental budget and forecasting.</li>
<li>Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost reduction and improved profitability.</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li><b>Market Awareness and Employee Engagement:</b>
<ul><li>Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.</li>
<li>Assist in recruitment and employee engagement.</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li><b>Day-to-Day Operations and Policies:</b>
<ul><li>Manage employee schedules and hours.</li>
<li>Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.</li>
<li>Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.</li>

<ul><li>Be a driver of change within the department to support strategic initiatives.</li>

<ul><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, management or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience</li>
<li>Proven track record of leading a team and achieving operational goals.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of business goals and standards.</li>

<div>The Department Manager typically works in an office environment but may be required to visit customer or work sites that are outdoors. The Department Manager is required to spend time at both Appleton and Green Bay locations.</div>
