<p>We are seeking an experienced Mechanic/Building Maintenance professional to join our team in Mentor, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in auto mechanics, building maintenance, and general labor intensive duties. This role requires a hands-on individual who can maintain and repair vehicles as well as perform general building upkeep to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.</p>

<li>Carry out general building maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural repairs.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.</li>
<li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues efficiently.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members and management to prioritize maintenance tasks.</li>

<ul><li>Proven experience in auto mechanics and building maintenance.</li>
