If you do not perform well under pressure or do not have the necessary license and/or experience, please do not apply.Duties<ul><li>Knowledge of local and national plumbing codes.</li><li>Performs residential and light commercial service to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues.</li><li>Be able to identify potential problems to prevent premature and/or unexpected breakdowns/call backs.</li><li>Repairs or replaces plumbing fixtures, test joints, and pipe systems.</li><li>Interpret drawings and specifications to determine layout requirements.</li><li>Installs pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances or fixtures using hand or power tools.</li><li>Maintain a properly clean and stocked service vehicle.</li><li>Explains to the client each service performed each time a maintenance or repair is completed and ensures complete customer satisfaction.</li><li>Debriefs with dispatch after completion of every job.</li><li>Follows safety policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintain a courteous demeanor with all customers.</li><li>Respect a customer's property.</li><li>be able to handle multiple things (drain cleaning, service plumbing, rough-ins, estimates.)</li><li>be able to use hydro jets, cameras, and snakes.</li><li>be pro efficient in plumbing and drain cleaning.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.</li><li>Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems.</li><li>Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform plumbing tasks.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues.</li><li>Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide timely solutions,</li><li>Install pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems in residential ensuring all work meets regulatory standards.</li><li>Perform rough-in plumbing and assemble fittings, valves, and other necessary plumbing components.</li><li>Test plumbing systems for leaks, pressure, and overall performance.</li><li>Coordinate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard of quality.</li></ul>Must haves<ul><li>At least 2 years of plumbing experience.</li><li>Valid driver's license.</li><li>Plumbing license is preferred but not required to start.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.</li><li>A resourceful team player with the ability to work independently when needed.</li><li>A commitment to professionalism, reliability, and a &ldquo;no excuses, make it happen&rdquo; attitude.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What role did you have in your previous plumbing job?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Plumbing: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
