We are currently hiring for:

<li>Contractor for Anderson, SC and nearby community (daycare/home) patients 
</li>
<li>Full-time Clinic position at our Anderson, SC location</li></ul> 


Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Evaluate, diagnose, and treat children with a variety of developmental disorders, gross motor movement dysfunction, and orthopedic disorders.</li>
<li>Evaluate assessment and test results and medical or background information to diagnose and plan treatment for ambulation, strengthening, gross motor, core, balance, and vestibular disorders.</li>
<li>Identify patients who could benefit from orthotics or adaptive equipment and support family to obtain medically necessary equipment</li>
<li>Accept a variety of patients to treat various diagnoses, including more specific treatment/strategy techniques (NDT, toe walking, DMI, sensory/behavior, etc.) and can treat with minimal oversight</li>
<li>Identify patients who could benefit from orthotics or adaptive equipment and support family to obtain medically necessary equipment</li>
<li>Record therapy notes, patient observations, evaluation reports, care plans, and discharge of clients following standard guidelines regarding accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness</li>
<li>Instruct clients in techniques for more effective carryover of strategies and techniques.</li>
<li>Develop physical therapy exercise programs and home programs for families to implement, to reduce disabilities.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ensure regular communication with parents or caregivers and educate/instruct patients and family members in strategies to facilitate progress.</li></ul> 


Physical Therapist Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Graduate of an accredited university with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or a graduate degree that the APTA recognizes</li>
<li>A current State of South Carolina professional license (SC LLR).</li>
</ul><ul><li>Knowledge and understanding of children&rsquo;s developmental stages from ages 0-18 to properly analyze the growth, movement (motor), cognitive, and maturation process/transition between skill levels.</li>
<li>Previous pediatric experience is required through employment or clinical rotation.</li></ul> 


Physical Therapist Compensation &amp; Pay Structure:
<ul>
<li>Base Salary includes therapy sessions and administrative time (documentation, caregiver communication, etc.) for full-time W2 positions.</li>
<li>Bonus Commission for increased productivity</li>
<li>Independent contractors and part-time employees are paid per visit</li></ul>
