We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in LV (Low Voltage) Switchgear and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in sales, technical support, and customer relationship management within the electrical equipment industry.Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:<ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the LV Switchgear and VFDs market segments.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, contractors, consultants, and distributors to drive sales growth.</li><li>Generate leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets and revenue goals.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that address customer needs and requirements.</li></ul>Technical Support:<ul><li>Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers, including consulting on product specifications, application requirements, and system configurations.</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers, contractors, and internal sales teams.</li><li>Offer pre-sales and post-sales support, including troubleshooting, commissioning assistance, and warranty claims resolution.</li></ul>Market Analysis and Strategy:<ul><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and market expansion.</li><li>Assist in the development of sales and marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning to maximize market penetration and competitive advantage.</li></ul>Customer Relationship Management:<ul><li>Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication, site visits, and participation in industry events.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to customers, providing technical guidance, product recommendations, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Additional business or sales qualifications are a plus.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or business development within the electrical equipment industry, with a focus on LV Switchgear and VFDs.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.</li><li>Strong technical aptitude and understanding of LV Switchgear and VFDs applications, specifications, and industry standards.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.</li><li>Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support sales activities.</li></ul>If you meet the qualifications and are passionate about driving sales success in the LV Switchgear and VFDs market, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
