Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time time position working out of our Milan branch. We are looking for an individual with previous building materials knowledge, who can develop strong relationships with new and current customers. This individual should be a competitive self-starter, and comfortable interacting with customers.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Build, maintain, and manage account relationships.</li>
<li>Market, service, and promote Tri-State products and services.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain customers.</li>
<li>Establish strong relationships with clients and internal team members.</li>
<li>Effectively use systems and strategies for client prospecting and pipeline management.</li>
<li>Ensure customer satisfaction and adequate service levels.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred NOT required.</li>
<li>Previous sales experience preferred.</li>
<li>Building material knowledge preferred not required.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and sales drive.</li>
<li>Stong communication skills</li>
<li>Possess strong organizational and time management skills with a self-starter mentality.</li>
<li>Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.</li>

Job Summary:
The EWP designer position is a full-time time position working at our Saginaw branch. They design residential and light commercial engineered wood floor and roof systems. This designer will work closely with the retail lumber dealer and their builder. Individual will report to the head of the EWP department. Product training is provided.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Work directly with the design team
</li><li>Design engineered wood products such as I-joist, wood beams and connectors into residential and commercial blueprints.
</li><li>Provide customer support answering questions about personal designs and/or other team member designs.
</li><li>Identify and recommend the best products to customers for their specific job application.
</li><li>Utilize provided design software to interpret residential and commercial blueprints into structural placement estimate plans.
</li><li>Respond to customer and associate inquiries as needed to sell, train, and support engineered wood products.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Basic knowledge of architecture and/or CAD Systems
</li><li>Strong math skills
</li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills
</li><li>Must be well organized
</li><li>Outgoing and professional personality, with a &ldquo;can do&rdquo; attitude
</li><li>Team player</li>

Job Summary:
Tri-State is currently seeking an accountable Class A CDL flatbed driver for our Springfield, OH location. Drivers work Monday &ndash; Friday, operating within a 200-mile radius of the Springfield branch. Drivers start at their furthest stop daily and working their way back to the branch. All drivers are home every night.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Daily customer deliveries
</li><li>Transfer products between nearby branch locations
</li><li>Secure loads daily for delivery
</li><li>Tarp loads when necessary
</li><li>Use electronic log (company provided)
</li><li>Follow safety procedures with lifting, bending, twisting, and climbing.
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Class A CDL
</li><li>1-year CDL driving experience preferred (not required)
</li><li>Experience driving flatbed tractor-trailers preferred
</li><li>Knowledge of the area we service
</li><li>Clean driving record
</li><li>Good communication skills
