Demand Generation / Email Marketing:<ul><li>Revamping all direct mail / email campaigns including:</li></ul><ul><li>Support back end set up of e-mail campaigns, i.e. building templates in system, creating campaign-specific lead forms.</li><li>Overseeing drip campaigns when name is captured.</li><li>Providing ongoing newsletter/ communication to current users/names already in database based on what content a user has accessed or expressed interest in.</li><li>Providing additional and news-based content.</li><li>Create all life cycle emails such as - annual renewal emails and end of life/support emails.</li><li>Create &amp; maintain templates in system.</li></ul>Digital Marketing:<ul><li>Discover ways to enhance the company's website through creative landing pages, posts, and SEO optimization.</li><li>Improve user experience by supporting updates of website.</li><li>Support SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, digital ad displays.</li><li>Support and update lead to opportunity process, data management within system to ensure data integrity. Support campaigns through system campaigns to support various marketing initiatives.</li><li>Support website updates as product updates happen.</li><li>Monitors social media community engagement and supports with organic posts.</li></ul>Content Marketing/ Design:<ul><li>Copywriting: Write and maintaining currency of all copy for marketing materials and channels: email newsletters, web copy, social media, catalog guides, cut sheets and flyers.</li><li>Work closely with the sales and tech teams to set pipeline of topics to cover drive marketing content calendar.</li></ul><ul><li>Events: Assists in the preparation and implementation of marketing and sales events such as trade shows, customer meetings and the demo center. Including registration, email campaign, social, collateral, giveaways, and booth.</li></ul><ul><li>Sales Support: Communicate and work closely with salespeople to provide support for miscellaneous marketing and sales requests.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2-3+ years&rsquo; experience in marketing communications, PR, copy editing, and/or writing marketing materials.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related field with high academic credentials. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing or PR a plus.</li><li>Experience in educational publishing, edtech, teaching, or in a related high school or higher education environment.</li><li>Superb communication skills.</li><li>Superior writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to design in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tool.</li><li>Ability to interact with sales, experts, and senior management.</li><li>Experience with digital publishing and editorial workflows.</li><li>Flexible, positive, team-oriented attitude.</li><li>Good sense of humor.</li><li>Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team, balancing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
