OVERVIEW:TRIAD exists to advance the gospel among the hardest-to-reach places and people groups. The Communications and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the organization&rsquo;s communications and marketing strategy targeting our U.S. audience, with a strong focus on engagement through social media, email campaigns, and other platforms. This role manages both U.S.-based communications activities and an international team, ensuring consistent messaging and outreach. The Manager contributes to organizational success by elevating brand visibility, overseeing media relations, and executing strategic content and marketing initiatives.INDIVIDUAL PROFILE:The Communications and Marketing Manager will be a mature follower of the Lord Jesus Christ, be in fellowship with a Bible-believing church, and want to make a difference through involvement in world missions and evangelism. This individual must personally embrace the purpose, vision, beliefs, and values of TRIAD and embrace our multi-organization approach to mobilization. This leader must possess critical thinking skills, creativity, demonstrate dependence on God, enjoy spiritual vitality, and have an obvious passion to mobilize resources for world mission with the conviction that the church is the &ldquo;sender.&rdquo;PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:The Communications and Marketing Manager responsibilities identified below include TRIAD and its subsidiary entities.Strategic Communications and Marketing<ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive communications and marketing strategy for our U.S. based audience.</li></ul><ul><li>Align communications goals with organizational priorities and stakeholder needs.</li></ul><ul><li>Identify and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.</li></ul><ul><li>Leads, guides, and empowers U.S. communication and marketing by providing vision and strategy.</li></ul><ul><li>Creates and executes a U.S. communications plan that is aligned with the overall marketing strategy of the organization and spearheads the development of that marketing strategy.</li></ul><ul><li>Identifies key internal and external audiences and develops specific and relevant messages for each audience.</li></ul><ul><li>Identifies the appropriate medium (ads, newsletters, social media, websites, etc.) to deliver our message and develop a plan for when and how to share information.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensures all communications are presented in a courteous and professional manner and with appropriate consideration to security when speaking about sensitive data or information.</li></ul><ul><li>Uses our current CRM (Salesforce) and systems for communications with the Communication Team, staff, and partners.</li></ul><ul><li>Provides guidance, leadership, vision, and collaboration to all elements associated with the communication of TRIAD and its subsidiary organizations.</li></ul><ul><li>Assists in website content development and maintenance of content, ensuring website content is current, relevant, on-brand, and aligned with TRIAD&rsquo;s values.</li></ul><ul><li>Identifies and evaluates new tools, programs, integrations, or systems for executing communications strategy&mdash;either for increasing organizational efficiency or enhancing communications effectiveness.</li></ul><ul><li>Identify communication gaps across integrated platforms and services and develop strategy to bridge these.</li></ul>Content &amp; Media Management<ul><li>Provide direction and oversee the production of U.S digital content (e.g., social media posts, newsletters, website content, email designs, annual reports, proposals, press releases, etc.) as the primary creator of copy for these mediums.</li></ul><ul><li>Lead the development of media relations plans and secure media coverage.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage the organization's voice and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide oversight and direction to the Communications Team for U.S.-based communication as they monitor, listen, and respond to users, supporters, and donors.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy, along with e-marketing best practices, and implement as appropriate while maintaining consistency with TRIAD&rsquo;s voice and branding.</li></ul><ul><li>Provides the vision, strategy, and implementation plan for social media and email campaigns to U.S.-based audiences.</li></ul><ul><li>Revises social media and email campaigns when needed, including new subscriber drip campaigns.</li></ul><ul><li>Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the mission of the organization. Report notable threats to appropriate management.</li></ul><ul><li>Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the social media and email campaigns.</li></ul><ul><li>Research, assign, edit, rewrite, or proofread various products as assigned.</li></ul><ul><li>Plans and executes the content for weekly and monthly (or as determined appropriate) newsletters for the organization&rsquo;s mailing lists.</li></ul>Team &amp; Budget Management<ul><li>Provide direction and support to our team of communications staff (domestic and international).</li></ul><ul><li>Supervise TRIAD&rsquo;s U.S. media graphic design professional (based internationally) to oversee all content production for our U.S. audiences.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage the communications and marketing budget, including forecasting and expense tracking.</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee contractors or vendors (e.g., graphic designers, PR consultants, ad agencies, etc.).</li></ul>Digital &amp; Platform Management<ul><li>Oversee social media and email strategy and execution across platforms (e.g., X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, MailChimp, etc.).</li></ul><ul><li>Manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor analytics to adjust content and outreach strategy for maximum engagement and impact.</li></ul>Stakeholder &amp; Internal Communication<ul><li>Collaborate with leadership and program teams to gather content and align messaging.</li></ul><ul><li>Support internal communication initiatives and organizational culture-building.</li></ul>Public Relations<ul><li>Represent the organization in public forums such as events and conferences and raise awareness about our mission, purpose, and cause when applicable.</li></ul><ul><li>Foster community relations through events and involvement in community initiatives when applicable.</li></ul>Brand Management &amp; Development<ul><li>Serve as the steward of the organization's brand identity, ensuring consistency in tone, visual design, and messaging across all channels and materials.</li></ul><ul><li>Assess and refine brand elements over time to reflect evolving organizational goals, audience needs, and market trends.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide guidance and training to staff and partners on brand usage.</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee the creation and approval of branded assets (logos, templates, presentations, reports, etc.).</li></ul>Supervisory &amp; Leadership Responsibility<ul><li>Responsible for providing direction to the Communications Team and the Communications Team Leader for all U.S.-based content, which includes team members primarily working overseas.</li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for developing and maintaining TRIAD&rsquo;s marketing strategy.</li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for developing and maintaining a Strategic Communications Plan.</li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for developing and maintaining a Message Framework, TRIAD&rsquo;s guidelines for communication voice, style, and standards.</li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for updating and maintaining TRIAD&rsquo;s Brand Guidelines and ensuring adherence to the TRIAD Brand Guidelines.</li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for developing early strategic and attainable goals for the Communications Department.</li></ul>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or related field.</li></ul><ul><li>5+ years&rsquo;
