Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Chairside Assistance:  Support the dentist during procedures, managing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort.</li>
<li>Patient Care:  Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized environment.</li>
<li>X-Ray Imaging:  Capture dental X-rays, adhering to safety protocols.</li>
<li>Patient Education:  Guide patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment options.</li>
<li>Records Management:  Accurately update patient records and dental charts in EHR systems.</li>
<li>Infection Control:  Strictly follow sterilization and disinfection protocols.</li>
<li>Appointment Scheduling:  Help manage and confirm patient appointments.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and support.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Must have current CPR Certification</li>
<li>Must have Coronal Polishing Certification</li>
<li>X-ray certification</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.</li>
<li>Proficient in dental procedures and instrument handling.</li>
<li>Thorough understanding of infection control protocols and OSHA standards.</li>
<li>A compassionate approach to patient care and comfort.</li>
