Tribalco is actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated Computer Support Specialist V to join our team in a temporary capacity. In this position, the successful candidate will provide Service Desk functions as described below. The anticipated duration for the temporary position is 1 OCT 2025 through 31 DEC 2025.
</p><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div><p>
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required.</p><ul><li>
Configure authorized end user and network devices, to include computers, printers, laptops, scanners, and other hardware.</li><li>
Configure bulk authorized end user and network devices, to include computers, printers, laptops, scanners, and other hardware</li><li>
Provide local touch labor services, to include installation, troubleshooting, and software updates; security updates; vendor patches (service packs, service releases), etc., when electronic application means do not exist</li><li>
Provide local touch labor services, to include installation, troubleshooting, and repair</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><b>

Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (preferred)</li><li>
5+ years of experience as a computer technician providing desktop support.</li><li>
Must possess and maintain an IT I level certification IAW AR 25-2 and an IAT II certification IAW DoD 8570.01-M and BBP 05-PR-M-0002</li><li>
Security + or higher</li></ul><p><b>
Clearance</b></p><ul><li>
This position requires an active SECRET clearance
</li></ul><p><b>Compensation</b></p><ul><li>
Compensation will be hourly and is commensurate with experience.</li><li>
