As we grow, we&rsquo;re looking for an Integrated Strategy Director to build the most impactful, future-focused strategy department in the region: someone who can unite brand, media, and creativity into one seamless, powerful narrative. 
The Opportunity

As Integrated Strategy Director, you are the architect of Tribe X&rsquo;s strategic ecosystem, connecting brand, creative, media, PR, and brand experience into one unified, insight-driven approach. 
You ensure that every brand we partner with is built on truth, expressed with clarity, and optimized for continuous impact, following Tribe X&rsquo;s core philosophy of focus: strategies that are minimal, intentional, and effective. 
This role goes beyond traditional planning. You&rsquo;ll define how Tribe X thinks about strategy, designing methodologies, frameworks, and processes that connect brand purpose to measurable growth. 
At the heart of your work lies Tribe X&rsquo;s Truth to Tribe Framework: uncovering a brand&rsquo;s &ldquo;why,&rdquo; transforming it into authentic storytelling, and using 360&deg; marketing to build communities that drive cultural and commercial impact.

You will lead and grow a multidisciplinary strategy team, unlock human insight that fuels every department, and continuously evolve the agency&rsquo;s strategic edge to stay ahead of culture and technology.

What You&rsquo;ll Do

Lead and Integrate Strategy Across Disciplines
Oversee all strategy functions, brand, creative, content, media, PR, and brand experience, ensuring they align under a single, coherent brand narrative.

Own and Evolve the Tribe X Strategic Philosophy

Codify and document how Tribe X thinks about brand building, marketing effectiveness, and cultural relevance.

<li>Maintain our tools, templates, and playbooks used across the agency to align with any updates in Tribe X&rsquo;s strategic philosophy.</li>

Optimize Strategy for Continuous Improvement
Design and lead cyclical strategic reviews that evaluate performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Partner with media, content, and brand teams to refine campaigns based on performance insights and learning loops.

<li>Ensure that every strategy has clear success metrics, testing methodologies, and feedback systems.</li>

Build, Lead, and Develop the Strategy Function
Lead, mentor, and expand the strategy team across disciplines, fostering cross-functional collaboration and accountability.

Set standards of excellence for strategic output, presentation, and client influence.

<li>Represent strategy at the leadership level guiding major pitches, shaping client relationships, and influencing agency direction.</li></ul> 


What You Bring

Must-Have:
10+ years of experience in strategy (brand, digital, or integrated), with proven leadership in a full-service or digital-first agency.

Strong track record of building integrated strategies that connect creative, media, and brand experience. 
<li>
</li>
Deep understanding of cultural insight, consumer psychology, and data-informed decision-making. 
<li>
</li>
Experience managing and growing multi-disciplinary strategy teams.

</li>
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to inspire both clients and internal teams. 
<li>
</li>
<li>Strategic thinker who&rsquo;s also operationally grounded and capable of turning philosophy into systems and tools.</li>

Experience working with luxury, lifestyle, or purpose-driven brands.

Familiarity with behavioral science (specifically sociology of affluent consumers / high purchase power), audience segmentation, and brand community-building.
