Role Overview

As a Social Content Lead at Tribe X Digital, you play a key role in owning the always-on social delivery end-to-end. You translate strategy into monthly content calendars, brief creators, protect brand integrity across channels, and optimize performance ensuring the brand shows up consistently, culturally relevant, and aligned to client objectives. 
What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul>
<li>Own monthly content calendars and always-on organic planning aligned to KPIs, brand strategy business and channel priorities.</li>
<li>Brief creators (internal and/or freelance) with clear direction to deliver on-brand, on-platform content.</li>
<li>Lead day-to-day social execution across channels, ensuring brand voice, tone, and visual consistency.</li>
<li>Manage community operations and social listening, including escalation protocols and response quality.</li>
<li>Spot trends and translate them into usable content recommendations that fit the brand (not just &ldquo;trend chasing&rdquo;).</li>
<li>Partner with Accounts/Client Partners, Paid, and PR to align always-on content with broader priorities and moments.</li>
<li>Track performance and report insights with clear actions: what to repeat, improve, stop, and test next month.</li> 
</ul>
What You Bring (Qualifications):

Must Have:
<ul>
<li>3-5 years of experience in social media or content roles, with proven ability to run always-on social calendars and deliver consistent output across platforms.</li>
<li>Strong platform native judgment (format choice, cadence, hooks, timing, community dynamics).</li>
<li>Experience briefing creators and managing feedback/approvals without losing quality or speed.</li>
<li>Confidence with performance reporting and turning data into practical recommendations.</li>
<li>Strong brand stewardship: voice, look/feel, and risk awareness.</li>
</ul>
Nice to Have:
<ul>
<li>Experience coordinating with paid social teams (creative testing, asset mapping, learning loops).</li>
<li>Light creative production ability (copy polish, basic design/video feedback, on-platform optimization).</li>
<li>Experience building processes/templates (brief formats, calendar structures, reporting narratives).</li>
<li>Experience in fast-paced agency environments with multiple stakeholders.</li> 
</ul>

Role Overview

As a Creative Strategist at Tribe X Digital, you play a key role in turning brand strategy and client goals into social first creative thinking, platform native ideas, content territories, and briefs that unlock great work. You connect insight, culture, and performance to create concepts that are both creatively strong and measurably effective. 
What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul>
<li>Translate brand strategy into creative territories, content pillars, messaging angles, and platform native formats.</li>
<li>Develop campaign and high impact content ideas across mediums and channels</li>
<li>Write sharp creative briefs that clarify the &ldquo;what/why/how,&rdquo; of brands including audiences, hooks, deliverables, and success metrics.</li>
<li>Partner with Social Content Leads to ensure strategic intent carries into always-on execution without losing craft.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Paid/PR/Accounts to align channel roles, sequencing, and messaging across touchpoints. 
</li>
<li>Analyze performance and social signals to produce creative learnings and testing recommendations.</li>
<li>Present ideas and rationale clearly internally and, when needed client facing.</li></ul> 


What You Bring (Qualifications): 
Must Have:
<ul>
<li>4&ndash;6 years of experience in creative strategy, social strategy, or content strategy roles, preferably within agency environments.</li>
<li>Strong strategic thinking and the ability to turn insights into clear creative direction.</li>
<li>Excellent briefing skills (creative clarity, deliverable definition, measurable outcomes).</li>
<li>Deep understanding of platform native storytelling and what &ldquo;good&rdquo; looks like on each channel.</li>
<li>Ability to connect performance data to creative decisions (iterate with purpose).</li>
<li>Strong communication and presentation skills, structured thinking, and persuasive rationale.</li> 
</ul>
Nice to Have:
<ul>
<li>Experience developing social first campaigns (not just always-on content).</li>
<li>Experience directing or collaborating closely with AD/copy/production partners.</li>
<li>Familiarity with creator/influencer content models and how to brief creators effectively.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Experience with performance creative principles (testing frameworks, iterative production).</li></ul>
