Role Overview

As a Senior Account Manager, you act as a trusted strategic partner to luxury brands, balancing refined brand stewardship with performance-driven execution. You translate client objectives into clear briefs, oversee content and media workflows from concept to delivery, and ensure campaigns meet the highest standards on time, on budget, and with measurable impact. With a strong understanding of performance, reporting, and media buying, you bring clarity to decision-making while building lasting client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth. This role is for a confident, proactive professional who combines luxury sensibility with operational excellence and a solutions-first mindset. 
What You&rsquo;ll Do

Define and Drive Client Excellence
<ul>
<li>Build a deep understanding of each client&rsquo;s business, market landscape, and objectives to guide informed decision-making.</li>
<li>Ensure client needs are translated into clear, actionable briefs that align strategy, content, and performance.</li>
<li>Own the end-to-end account experience, delivering work that meets the highest standards of quality, timing, and budget control.</li>
</ul>
Guide and Lead Client Partnerships
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and consistent delivery.</li>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact, confidently leading the team in managing day-to-day requests while anticipating future needs.</li>
<li>Represent the agency in client discussions, presentations, and pitches, contributing to new business growth.</li>
</ul>
Bridge Strategy, Content, and Performance
<ul>
<li>Oversee content creation workflows from briefing to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand tone and objectives.</li>
<li>Create and manage monthly content calendars that balance creativity, consistency, and performance.</li>
<li>Plan, manage, and optimize media buying campaigns in collaboration with performance teams.</li>
</ul>
Deliver Insight, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement
<ul>
<li>Deliver clear reports and analysis that translate data into meaningful insights for clients.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Take initiative in refining how accounts are managed to elevate overall agency standards.</li></ul> 


What You Bring (Qualifications):

Must-Have:
<ul>
<li>4+ years of experience in account management within a digital or integrated marketing environment.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities confidently.</li>
<li>A clear affinity for luxury brands and an understanding of premium brand expectations.</li>
<li>Analytical mindset with the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions.</li>
<li>Excellent spoken and written English, with strong client-facing communication skills.</li>
<li>Proven ability to build lasting professional relationships based on trust and credibility.</li> 
</ul>

<li>Experience working closely with content, creative, and media teams.</li>

As a Senior Account Executive at Tribe X Digital, you play a key role in supporting the delivery of refined, high-performing digital work for luxury and premium brands. You are detail-driven, proactive, and deeply invested in understanding both the client&rsquo;s business and the standards that define exceptional brand experiences. Working closely with Account Managers and internal teams, you help translate client needs into well-executed content, campaigns, and day-to-day account delivery. 
What You&rsquo;ll Do

<li>Build a strong understanding of each client&rsquo;s business, market, and objectives.</li>
<li>Support the development of trusted client relationships by managing day-to-day requests with efficiency and care.</li>
<li>Clarify client objectives by asking the right questions and preparing clear internal briefs.</li>
<li>Manage content workflows from briefing to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.</li>
<li>Maintain monthly content calendars aligned with each brand&rsquo;s tone of voice.</li>
<li>Support reporting and performance analysis, helping translate data into clear takeaways.</li>
<li>Assist in setting up and managing media buying campaigns with guidance from senior team members.</li>
<li>Proactively identify ways to improve daily processes and account workflows.</li> 
</ul>
What You Bring (Qualifications): 
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience as a Social Media Specialist or Digital Marketer, or at least 3 years&rsquo; experience in the marketing industry.</li>
<li>A strong affinity for luxury brands and an understanding of premium brand expectations.</li>
<li>Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative mindset.</li>
<li>A problem-solving attitude with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.</li>
<li>Creative thinking paired with a results-oriented approach.</li>
<li>Basic media buying knowledge and a willingness to grow performance expertise.</li>
<li>Excellent spoken and written English skills.</li></ul>
