ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for a resourceful and versatile Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives with a focus on content execution and web updates. This role will be responsible for creating compelling social media content and updating web pages, with a strong eye for design and optimization. The ideal candidate will have experience using Canva, Duda, and have a solid understanding of SEO. You will work closely with the corporate marketing team to ensure that content reflects brand consistency, drives engagement, and supports the overall marketing strategy.

WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO:
<ul>
<li>Create engaging social media content across platforms including Facebook and LinkedIn including copy, design and video as needed
</li><li>Design branded graphics using Canva in accordance with Tribute's visual identity
</li><li>Maintain and update client websites using platforms like Duda or WordPress
</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to publish accurate, timely updates across digital channels
</li><li>Implement basic SEO best practices across site content and social posts
</li><li>Conduct quality assurance checks for all digital updates and marketing assets
</li><li>Monitor content performance and suggest areas for improvement
</li><li>Stay current on social media trends, content strategies, and industry-specific marketing best practices
</li><li>Maintain documentation of work, deadlines, and communications to ensure organized execution of updates' understand utilize general marketing principles to drive pipeline for the sales team
</li><li>Understand and maintain brand standards and quality across marketing materials</li>
</ul>
WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL NEED:
<ul>
<li>2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or website content roles
</li><li>Proficiency in Canva for creating polished digital assets
</li><li>Familiarity with website platforms such as Duda, or similar CMS tools
</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to web and social content
</li><li>Comfortable marketing on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major social media platforms
</li><li>Video editing skills
</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills
</li><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail
</li><li>Ability to shift gears quickly, manage multiple requests, and work with minimal supervision
</li><li>A proactive, can-do attitude and collaborative approach to solving problems</li>
